"Our house basically staged a coup and many things broke all at once. Our home warranty was sorta helping but on Friday, when a pipe burst under the house, I full on panicked. Thinking this was going to be thousands of dollars, I called Todd. (He had been our agent for MAYBE 3 weeks because our previous agent retired.) In a 6 minute phone call, he talked me off the ledge.
